Staff Recruitment
Our staffing standards are very unique and high. We seek to hire and have a preference for staff with two or four-year degrees in ECE, Child Development Associates, Technical Degree in Early Childhood or related fields, and/or with years of experience. We require and provide ongoing training for our staff through state classes, in-house training, orientation videos by other certified professionals in the education field.
Above this, we also seek passionate, caring and motivated team members who genuinely care for the families we serve.
